ANSWER: They open from the top and come without a top handle unless requested. They are easy to open without the handle and you can place objects on top of the case.

ANSWER: The Plexiglass used is window replacement grade 1/8 inch thick Acrylic non-yellowing Plexiglass and is used to replace windows and you cannot see the difference!

QUESTION: What sizes to you have in stock?

ANSWER: You may order in any size, all cases are made to order and can usually be finished in 7 to 10 days depending on how many orders are in progress!

QUESTION: How do I determine what size case I need?

ANSWER: Measure the doll or item from bottom to top including clothing, then facing the front, measure the width at the widest point and the depth to the widest point. It is probably best if you send me these measurements and I can help you determine the case size needed.  Another good way to measure is to figure the inside measurements of the case should be approximately 1 to 2 inches maximum over the top of the doll or item and at least 1 inch on either side.  If the doll has a dress, you can adjust the width even letting the dress touch or even scrunch it a  little if you need to save a little on the price of a larger case.

QUESTION: What are the payment options?

ANSWER: Payment of course is up front as each case is custom crafted.  you can send a check or money order. (A check does holds up starting the order for 10 days) 

QUESTION: Do you make cases that can be stacked?

ANSWER: If you order the bottom case without the top teats, the top case will fit just fine

QUESTION: What is the largest case I can order?

ANSWER: 

Just let me know what size case you wish and I can let you know if it is to large to ship.

QUESTION: How do your prices compare with other cases on the market?

ANSWER: Most cases near the quality of mine, sell for up to 3 or 4 times as much! Anyone can make something for less to sell for less, but if you buy on price alone, you become that persons lawful prey! Each case is hand crafted and takes about 8 hours labor. There are many cheaper cases on the market but don't measure up in beauty, durability or strength.

QUESTION: Do you make any cases in glass or use mirrors?

ANSWER: I used to make them in glass (more profit for me) but had much trouble with breakage during shipping no matter how I packed them, same with mirrors! Myself and most of my customers find that the Plexiglass is just as good as glass, in fact better (I use window replacement grade Plexiglass)  and much safer with no breakage at home or during shipping!  I will do a mirror back however, through special request.  This does cost extra of course
